2. Description of Service

VIVE Pro provides believable video advertisement creation for local businesses. Our Service allows you to create short video ads using artificial intelligence technology.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use VIVE Pro. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use VIVE Pro to:

  • Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any laws
  • Generate misleading or fraudulent advertisements
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, defame, or discriminate against any person or group
  • Create content promoting violence, weapons, or illegal substances

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you create using VIVE Pro. By using our Service, you grant us a license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Subscription and Billing

VIVE Pro offers subscription plans with different video creation limits. Billing occurs monthly and subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

VIVE Pro is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also close your account at any time through the Settings page.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
